Stoney is One Colorado’s Southern Colorado Field Organizer.
Stoney has been in Colorado on an off since 1996 by way of Shreveport, Louisiana. Stoney is a Widefield High School graduate and has spent most of their professional and personal life in southern Colorado. Stoney has been committed to advancing the quality of life for queer folks in Colorado by emphasizing an intersectional lens while using his musical talents as an emcee to engage in artivism regarding pivotal issues in the State of Colorado. They are currently a student at MSU majoring in Gender and Women Studies and minoring in history.
In June of 2021 they married their partner and currently reside in Colorado Springs with their two children. In their free time Stoney enjoys building scale models, producing a monthly radio show on KGNU’s Outsources collective, and is also a member of the first trans masculine/non-binary football team in Colorado, the Colorado Wolves.
