Join us for the annual FREE Queer Youth Summit—a space dedicated to celebrating and empowering LGBTQIA+ youth in Colorado. This full-day event is packed with workshops, panel discussions, and inspiring speakers focused on advocacy, mental health, leadership, and more.

One Colorado developed the first Queer Youth Summit in 2014 to establish create a welcoming and safe environment for LGBTQIA+ students in Colorado schools to address the issues and challenges they face. Over the years we have partnered with Gender & Sexuality Alliances (GSA) and students across the state to create a forum for students, parents and guardians, and educators to gather, learn, and dialogue through various workshops, panels, and interactive sessions.

Jude Clinchard

she, her, hers

Jude is a fierce activist for the LGBTQ+ community. She started her advocacy work at the age of nine by testifying for a Colorado Bill that allows transgender people to change the gender marker on their birth certificate without it being stamped “amended.” Jude testified for this bill eight times from 2016 to 2019. Due to her persistence and commitment to showing up every year the bill was ultimately named “Jude’s Law” when it finally passed in 2019.
