The One Colorado team attended Equality Federation's Leadership Conference in Denver, Colorado on July 19-21, 2023. Elliott Weil, One Colorado's Organizing and Volunteer Coordinator, shares his reflection on the experience:

"The One Colorado team had an incredible time this past week attending the Equality Federation National Conference! Hosted right here in Denver, we were thrilled to welcome teammates and collaborators in LGBTQ+ advocacy from across the country. It was inspiring to be surrounded by our sibling organizations, and hearing everyone’s progress and accomplishments in legislative and policy work, provision of direct services, and collective uplift of LGBTQ+ community was incredible. We attended institutes, plenaries, workshops, and watched our own ED Nadine Bridges serve on several panels! Sharing the altitude and mountain views with our nationwide cohort was a truly special time, and myself and the rest of the team leave the conference filled with ideas and energy on how we can push our work and improve our community for a better Colorado."
